All product descriptions, prices, and policies are subject to change without prior notice.

Ownership of products transfers to the customer once the order has been delivered to the shipping carrier.

Craft Layer Labs is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or damage caused by the carrier after shipment. We will assist customers in filing carrier claims when possible.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate order, shipping, and personalization information. We are not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided at checkout.

Many products are made using 3D printing and may contain normal layer lines or slight cosmetic variations that do not affect functionality.

Products should only be used for their intended purpose. Craft Layer Labs is not liable for injury, property damage, or other losses resulting from misuse, modification, improper installation, or use outside the intended purpose.

Customers assume responsibility for ensuring products are appropriate for their intended use and comply with any applicable local laws or regulations.

Any intellectual property, trademarks, logos, or licensed designs remain the property of their respective owners. Craft Layer Labs does not grant permission to reproduce, resell, or commercially distribute our original designs without written consent.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our sole discretion, including orders suspected of fraud, abuse, pricing errors, or violations of intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craft Layer Labs' total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount paid for that order.
